Do I need AI?
No. AI is optional and off by default, and Guidelane Studio does everything else without it. If you want it, “Polish with AI” and “Translate” work with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Groq or a model your company hosts itself.
Do I need Guidelane Library?
No. It is part of Business, for companies that want one shared library inside their own network. A single user, or a small team sharing a folder, needs only Guidelane Studio.
Which languages is Guidelane Studio available in?
English, German, French, Spanish and Italian. New steps are titled in the language you choose.
Can I move guides between Guidelane Studio and Guidelane?
Not yet. Guidelane Studio and Guidelane are separate products, and a Guidelane Studio guide can’t be uploaded to a Guidelane workspace today.
